I received an offer from LinkedIn for a Software Engineer role in Bengaluru. I have 2 years 8 months of experience. My prior experience was at a renowned fintech startup. My current compensation is around 23.5 LPA + 20L stocks over 4 years. The base salary offered is INR 38,00,000. Stock bonus is 81k USD over 4 years. Other components include PF + Gratuity of INR 2,55,477 and a Performance Bonus of 10% of base salary (INR 3,80,000). The total compensation offered is ~ INR 62LPA. Additional benefits include a 1L relocation + signing bonus (with hotel accommodation for 1 month, airfare, and other utilities extra) and standard LinkedIn benefits such as PerkUp, ESPP, and cab facility. I have accepted this offer.

I received an offer from Microsoft for L62. I had applied for L63, but I was downleveled citing performance and a change in tech stack (Go/Python to C++). My current level is SDE2 in PBC.

I am seeking advice regarding the onboarding process and unresponsiveness from HR.
