Product Based Company
Delhi NCR · Mid (2-6) · 2024-09-25
Which company should I join ? Small US Retail Product Based vs Epam Systems vs T-Systems? YOE: 5+ Years\nEducation: B.Tech Tier 3\nCurrent CTC: 25 LPA\nCurrent Company: Small Service Based\n\nI have 3 offers in hand. 1. Small US Retail product company: \tTC: 27 LPA (Fixed) + 3 LPA (Variable) = 30 LPA \tTech: Azure tech stack \tLocation: Delhi NCR 2. Epam Systems: \tTC: 34 LPA (Fixed) + 2 LPA (JB) = 36 LPA \tTech: Azure/AWS tech stack depends on client \tLocation: Delhi NCR 3. T- Systems: \tTC: 32 LPA (Fixed) = 32 LPA \tTech: Azure tech stack + open stack \tLocation: Pune I have to join within Delhi NCR region, so T-Systems is going out of scope, although there tech stack is very interesting. Now within the Delhi NCR region I was inclined towards the small product based company as they are going to setup their data infrastructure from scratch, but this is not a tech product company. It\'s main business is retail and also not sure whether I will get some learning opportunity there or not. Coming to Epam, they are offering more and the difference is huge for me and tech will also be there but here the case is that it\'s kind of C2H role and the client will be some big product company for which I will have to clear the client rounds. What should I choose?

Hi everyone, I'm currently working at Walmart with 6 years of experience. Job title: IN3 Base salary: 24 Performance bonus: 20% of base Stocks: 15% of base/4 I have rececived an offer from a remote comapny and its a 100% remote role(confirmed from recuiter). But its kind of service based company Offer: Base: 28 LPA Joining bonus: 2 LPA I'm looking for a 100% remote role. Is it good to swtich from Product based to Service based company? If you know other remote companies can you pls share the names. Why I'm more inclined towards remote is: So even if remote company matches or even reduce it by 10% than my currrent CTC It's still fine. Any thoughts?

URGENT HELP NEEDED | How to get a company to pay as close as possible to its budget Hi Everyone, \nI have 4 years of experience. Currently interviewing with multiple companies. My last compensation was 15 LPA Fixed. I have an offer for 31 LPA Fixed. A company that I am interviewing with (let\'s say, X) has a max budget of 45 LPA Fixed as per Glassdoor and Leetcode. I am inclined the most towards X. This company is having its interview process proceed rather quickly than the other companies in pipeline. My aim was to get counter offers of 35 LPA first, then a 40 LPA on this and present this offer to X to get it as close as possible to its budget. However, the pace at which X is going, it seems that it would wrap up its process before the others in pipeline (and hence would present its offer before the rest, if things go well). How do I navigate this situation? Can I refuse to share my last compensation with X and just share my expectations depending on how well my interviews go? I have heard a few people go about like this. Folks having experience with negotiations, please share your views. PS : Will share the companies and interview experiences with them later.
