My base salary offer is 34 Lakhs. Retirals (PF + Gratuity) are 2.73 Lakhs. I am offered a joining bonus of 3 Lakhs. Variable pay is 15% of the base salary, which is 5.10 Lakhs. My total cash component is 44.83 Lakhs. Stock options are $100K over 4 years (25% vesting in the first year, then 6.25% each quarter). The annual stock value is approximately 21.17 Lakhs. I received an offer for SWE-2 Frontend position at Intuit after interviewing for Senior Software Engineer Frontend. My current Years of Experience (YOE) are 6. The offered base salary is 35 LPA (Including PF). I received a joining bonus of 5 LPA (one-time). The annual performance bonus is 4.4 LPA (12.5% of base). RSUs are 30K USD, vesting 25% each year for 4 years, equivalent to approximately 6 LPA. My total first-year compensation is approximately 50 LPA. HR mentioned that my current base exceeds the SWE-2 maximum limit, which is why I received a 5L joining bonus. I came to know that Intuit recently reduced RSUs for SWE-2 from 40K USD to 30K USD. I also heard that employees rated above “Meets Expectations” receive strong refresher grants during performance reviews.

Communication Round: Focus Areas - Clear and confident speech, pronunciation, tone, and fluency. Tip: Speak naturally; clarity is valued more than accent. Final Technical + HR Interview: Topics Asked - Technical: SQL/DBMS, OOPs, Basic coding logic (Fibonacci, palindrome, swapping). Project discussion: Be ready to explain your project’s motivation and your role. HR: Basic behavioral and scenario-based questions. Duration: 20–30 mins. Post-Interview: Be patient — Capgemini’s interim offers and LoIs might take a few weeks to arrive. My Tips: Focus more on fundamentals than complex DSA. Keep communication round serious — it’s eliminative. Project clarity is key for the final round. Stay calm, confident, and polite during HR. Don’t ignore the communication round — it’s a key eliminator. Revise DBMS + OOPs basics thoroughly. Have a solid explanation for your project — they often ask follow-up questions. I have been offered the SDE-2 Role in Bangalore. My CTC is 30 LPA Base + 10% variable (3 LPA), totaling 33 LPA. The role requires 5 days Work From Office with strict 8.5 hours. There are no benefits apart from the CTC. The probation period is 6 months, and the notice period is 2 months. I found the team to be chill, and life seems less stressful compared to Kotak Mahindra Bank. Colleagues mention the 8.5 hours as a negative, but I observe good work-life balance and boundaries.
