I am looking for advice on handling parallel job offer discussions within Microsoft. I interviewed with the Azure team, and the interview loop went well. Both the recruiter and hiring manager have confirmed positive feedback. They are working on finalizing the offer for me. The recruiter has already confirmed the level and shared initial offer details.

I liked the team and the work they are doing. Many people stay there for long. It's a front office aligned team.

Education: Tier 2 College My current compensation: 26LPA (Base) + 2LPA (Variable) Offered compensation details: Base: 34LPA Variable pay: 5 lakhs PF: 2 Lakhs I was not able to negotiate with HR due to my 3 months notice period.

I received an offer for the L4 (Backend) position. The base salary offered is 25 LPA (including PF). I will receive a 7% bonus on the base salary. A joining bonus of 1.5 lakhs is provided for the first year. Relocation assistance of 50K is also included. Standard Target benefits are part of the package.

I have received an offer for an SDE-2 role at Kotak. My current experience is 5 years. My current total compensation is 62 LPA (Base: ~46L + Stocks: ~15L). My reason for changing is a poor work culture and work-life balance in my current team. The offer from Kotak includes: Base Salary: 58 LPA Variable Pay: 5.8 LPA Deferred Cash: 10 LPA (from a total of 40L over 4 years) I am also awaiting an official offer from Microsoft.

I received an offer for the MTS role in Hyderabad. The offer includes 27L Base, 2.7L Variable, 4.5L joining and relocation bonus, and 40000 USD in stocks (approx 33.2L INR). This role is for Industries Cloud, and I have heard many negative reviews about it. However, I am still considering it due to facilities and perks like free meals.

I received an offer for a SWE-2 role at Microsoft. Initial base offer: 105k AUD. Stocks: 60k USD. After negotiation, the base salary was increased to 131k AUD.

Level: 601 Bonus: 0-12% JPMC does not provide stocks.

I am mostly focused on work-life balance and impactful work. I am seeking insights on the work impact and culture. I am also interested in understanding the work-life balance at DPW.

I am currently in offer discussion with Walmart HR for a Senior Software Engineer role. HR proposed a base salary of 26-27 LPA. The offer includes RSU, bonus, and all other components directly proportional to the base. The role requires 5 days a week in-office presence in Bangalore. My current years of experience are 6 years and 6 months.

I received an offer for the SDE-2 role in Amazon Retail. My total experience is 4.5 years, rounded to 5 years for this offer. The base salary component is 44 LPA. The first-year bonus is 18 LPA. I recently received an offer from Atlassian for a P60 Principal Engineer role. I have around 10 years of total experience. All compensation numbers are in INR. The role is Work From Home. My base salary is 1.2 Cr (120 LPA). I will receive a joining bonus of 10 Lakhs. The variable bonus is 24 Lakhs (20%). Stock component is 50 Lakhs. My total compensation is around 2 Cr (200 LPA).

I was contacted by a recruiter from Instahyre who shared an overview of the role and compensation details. The interview process started quickly after I confirmed my interest. Round 1: Online Assessment, which included a DSA + LLD Hybrid Question (design a Bank System) and a System Design Case Study with MCQs. Round 2: HR / Culture Fit round, focusing on behavioral and cultural alignment. Round 3: System Design round with a Senior Engineering Manager, where I was asked to design a Flash Sale System. Round 4: Discussion with VP of Engineering, involving deep discussion around my past projects and a side project. All rounds were completed in a single day, and I received the offer the same evening. The overall experience was smooth, fast-paced, and very professional, testing both technical depth and system design understanding.

My Years of Experience (YoE) is 4.5. My current company is IBM ISL and my current compensation is 21.6 LPA (All fixed). F5 Networks has offered me the role of Software Engineer III in Bengaluru. The fixed component of the offer is 26.8 LPA, which includes 25 LPA Base and 1.8 LPA PF. The variable component is 2.5 LPA (10%). RSUs are valued at $26000, vesting over 3 years with quarterly vesting. The total CTC is approximately 36.91 LPA (26.8 lacs fixed + 2.5 lacs variable + 7.2 lacs from RSUs). Additional benefits include 2000/month for internet and a well-being subsidy. I am unsure if this offer is a lowball and am debating whether to accept it since I currently have no other offers.
