I applied for the SWE Intern (Jan–Jun 2026) role at Even on 12 Oct 2025. The opportunity was for a 6-month internship with a stipend of ₹1,00,000 per month. I received a screening test invite on 8 Dec 2025. The test was 5 minutes, 15 MCQs covering DSA, C programming, and Aptitude. I successfully cleared the screening round. My first technical interview (approx. 30 minutes) focused on a DSA problem: the classic Sliding Window Maximum problem. I was able to explain the approach clearly and write an optimal solution. I ultimately received a rejection email on 16 Dec 2025.
