I received an offer from Oracle OCI. My years of experience are 4.5. The role offered is Software Engineer. The base salary is 38,00,000 INR. PF + Gratuity is approximately 2,00,000 INR. Stock bonus is $70k (vesting 40%, 30%, 20%, 10% over 4 years). The total compensation offered is approximately 63,00,000 INR.

I have been interviewing for different companies. I have managed to bag one offer until now. My education background is B.Tech (Tier 2/3). My current role is Senior Analyst at a Service Based MNC. The location is Bangalore, requiring relocation and incurring high cost of living. Pros include brand name, product company tag, and tech stack improvement. Cons include SDE 1 title feeling junior for my 3+ YOE, and the offer seeming low for standard product companies. I attempted to negotiate, but HR confirmed the offer is final. This offer represents a 100% hike from my current CTC.

I received an offer for the role of Staff SDET I at Yugabyte. My years of experience are 6+. The base salary component is 52 LPA. I also received a joining bonus of 3 LPA after negotiation. ESOPs are offered on paper with potential upside if IPO / funding occurs.

I have a B.Tech from a Tier 2 College. I have 4 years of experience, including an internship. My current compensation is 28LPA (all fixed). The offer includes a Base Salary of ₹38,00,000, with no joining or year-end bonus. ESOPs are 6000 units over 4 years. My total compensation is ₹38,00,000 plus the value of 1500 ESOPs per year, though I am unsure about the ESOP price. I accepted the offer because it is a remote opportunity, which I was looking for.

I DM'ed a recruiter and received a HackerRank link with 2 medium DSA questions (binary search, trees) and LP-based questions. Second Round: System Design where I designed an auction platform, focusing on DB schemas, scaling, and low latency APIs (caching). I also discussed an interesting project from my past work. Third Round: LLD discussion with Hiring Manager, primarily focused on my work experience at Zepto, design choices from my projects, and building an inventory service using NoSQL. We also discussed design patterns used in my old projects. Fourth Round (DSA): I implemented an interface to navigate browser history and basic arithmetic operations (+,-,*,/) without using any inbuilt functions, using GoLang. Bar Raiser: I was asked questions based on LPs related to ownership and 2 DSA questions (rotten oranges - graph BFS, asteroid collisions - Stack). I heard back from the recruiter in two days and received an offer.

I received an offer for SDE 2 from Arrise Solutions: Pragmatic Play. I have 4.5 years of experience, including 6 months of internship. The base offer is 49 lakhs (with retirels). Variable pay is approximately 5 lakhs (can go up to 10 lakhs depending on company performance). A joining bonus of 10 lakhs (8 lakhs in the 1st year + 2 lakhs in the 2nd year) is included. My total compensation is 62 lakhs. My notice period is 90 days. The domain is Betting.

I received an offer from Oracle (Non OCI) for an IC3 role. My base salary offered is 35 Lakhs Per Annum. There is no joining bonus or equity components in this offer. I have 5 years of experience. I am considering this offer against other MNC offers for 33 Lakhs and seeking advice on joining Oracle for its brand. I am also asking if I would be eligible to rejoin Oracle after switching within a few months.

I received an offer for the SWE (IC2) role at LinkedIn. My years of experience are 3.5 years. The base salary component is 43 LPA (Excluding Employer PF). I will receive an annual bonus of 4.3 LPA (10% of base). The stock bonus is 130K USD, vesting over 4 years (25% each year), which is approximately 26.98 LPA annually (assuming 1 USD = 83 INR). The total compensation is approximately 78 LPA. The job location is Bangalore, India (Hybrid). Standard LinkedIn benefits are included.

I received an offer for the SDE-2 role at Fanatics. My base salary is 31 LPA. I will receive a joining bonus of 2 Lakh. The equity component is $21k over 4 years, vesting 25% each year. (Approximately 4.36 LPA annually, assuming 1 USD = 83 INR). I am eligible for an annual bonus of a minimum of 10% of my base salary (3.1 LPA). I can expect a minimum annual hike of 10% of my base salary.

I received an offer of approximately 70 LPA. The base salary component is around 40 LPA. The remaining compensation is in ESOPs.

I hold an offer from a large MNC research & publication company. My years of experience are ~4.5. The base salary component is 20 LPA. The total compensation is 23 LPA, which includes a 3 LPA bonus. The role offers full remote flexibility.

I received an offer for Senior Software Engineer at EPAM Systems. My education is B.Tech from a Tier-3 College. I have 4.5 years of experience. My prior experience was as a Senior Data Engineer. The offer date was Sept 2025. The base salary offered is 30 LPA. The total compensation is 30 LPA. There is no annual bonus, stock bonus, or joining bonus mentioned. My previous CTC was 16 LPA. My education is B.Tech CSE from IIIT. I have 0 years of experience (excluding internships). The company is Trilogy Innovations, and the role is SDE-1. The location is Remote. This offer was received via Campus hiring, with the offer date being July 2025. My base salary is 30 LPA, with an annual bonus of 2.5 LPA, bringing my total compensation to 32.5 LPA.

I recently received an on-campus internship offer from Oracle for the MTS – Project Intern role. Here's a summary of my journey and tips: Process Structure: Resume shortlisting (CG based, ~7.8 CGPA criteria) followed by an Online Test (OT) and 3 rounds of Personal Interviews (PIs). Online Test (OT) Details: DSA: 2 questions (e.g., string manipulation for '01' to '10' swaps, graph problem to cover points and reach end node in min time). I brute-forced some. CS Fundamentals + ML MCQs: Covered networking, OS, DBMS, ML. Questions were challenging. General Maths, Reasoning, Comprehension MCQs: Basic maths, 3 comprehension paragraphs, and reasoning questions. Tip: Finish OT ASAP to increase chances of a PI call. Personal Interviews (PIs): 3 offline, pen-and-paper rounds. Early PI slots seemed to have an advantage. PI 1 (40-45 mins): Started with my CS minor, asking about courses taken (DSA, DBMS, OS). Asked DSA problems (min heap for top K frequent elements, binary search in matrix), Dijkstra vs Bellman-Ford, and basic SQL queries. PI 2 (30-35 mins): Focused on my projects (Lynx 2.0, React Native with Node backend). Deep dive into REST APIs (status codes, HTTP methods, PUT vs POST, idempotency, architecture). Also asked an OOPS question on polymorphism. PI 3 (HR - very chill): Questions about my background (ICE, NITT, interest in CS), team experience, and basic questions on Javascript, React Native. Clarified I had no ML experience but planned to explore. Generic PI Tips: Be confident and show curiosity even if you don't know an answer. DSA questions are usually easy; explain your approach and complexity clearly. Always ask a generic question at the end. Think out loud during problem-solving; interviewers are interested in your approach. Practice GFG top 50 puzzles as Oracle sometimes asks them.

I received an offer for the Senior Software Engineer role. Here are the details: Benefits include: Lavish Lunch, Insurance etc. I went through 4 interview rounds: Round 1 (External with Intervue team): Focused on DSA, Cloud (AWS basics), LLD and HLD, lasting almost 1.5 hours. Round 2 (With Manager): Heavily focused on concurrency, how locking works, and other alternatives, followed by small questions on HLD and OOPs concepts. Round 3 (Team from USA - 2 managers): A mix of both technical and behavioral questions. Round 4: Salary discussion with HR.

My education: BTech in Computer Science from Tier 3 (AKTU Private college). I have 1.2 years of experience. My prior position was Associate Software Engineer at a Mid Sized Startup (working remotely), with a prior base compensation of 12,00,000 INR. The role offered is Software Engineer Level 3. The offer includes a bonus of 3,52,500 INR (15% of Base Salary) and a relocation bonus of 3,00,000 INR. Stock bonus is 36,000 USD, vesting over 4 years. Annual benefits (PF, Gratuity) amount to 2,05,596 INR. Additional benefits include 20 vacation leaves, 12 sick leaves, and standard Google benefits (food, transport service, etc.). I accepted the offer without negotiation, as I was not actively looking for a switch.

I interviewed for Linkedin IC2 SWE Infra role in November and received a hire verdict, but there was no headcount. This week, I got a call from the recruiter stating there's an opening for SWE Applications, and the Hiring Manager was happy to recruit me based on my great feedback. I completed a 30-minute team-fit round and subsequently received an offer. I have accepted the offer. I believe I had leverage to ask for more stocks as my feedback was exceptional, but I accepted the offer out of excitement due to it being a 100% hike and having no counter offers.

This post is to give back to the Leetcode community by sharing my interview experience and compensation details. Interview Experience: Phase 1: Online Assessment (OA) - Given around July end/early August, consisted of 2 easy-medium questions. Phase 2: Interview Loop - Scheduled end of October. Consisted of 3 rounds that could happen in any order. R1: System Design - HLD - Asked to design a Rate Limiter using a HackerRank whiteboard. I defined Functional & Non-functional requirements, APIs, and Entities. I drew a simple system with Load Balancer, Services, and DB to track requests, and discussed handling failures and scaling with API Gateway/Redis. R2: Behavioral - Standard resume and situational-based questions. I focused on being confident, relating answers to questions, and keeping them crisp. R3: Code Review + DSA - I was tested on Java Basics for code review and a single easy-medium DSA question. I focused on understanding and asking clarifying questions before solving. Compensation Details: Company: JPMC Role: SDE2 (Associate) Location: Hyderabad Fixed Salary: 25 LPA (including PF) Variable Pay: 0-12% (not mentioned in offer letter) Relocation: Standard JPMC Relocation benefits I accepted the offer but couldn't negotiate much as HR stated no room for more, and I had no competing offers.
