Technologies used in the project - ASP.Net (Business Logic + Old Version of app), WebAPI (new versions ), ExtJs(Frontend JavaScript Framework by Sencha), DB - Mssql , PLSQL I intend to change the job + technologies as well because there is limited growth/opportunities in the above mentioned technologies . I am comfortable working on any language I have good Knowldege of JS , React ,Java, Springboot , MSSQl

Does tech stack and domain matter in first 3 years? I have been working one of the top MNC using C++, Python for 1.5 years now. The work is mundane and very little learning. Also the domain is niche (EDA) and uninteresting. So I decided to switch to a small med-tech startup which uses Elixir/Phoenix as the main web backend tech stack. Since it\'s relatively new and less known/used tech, I am a little worried if after 3 years or so would I able to switch to good companies (more established startups or MNCs) in web backend? Would I have to stick with Elixir going forward or there\d be flexibility, say Node.js, Golang, etc?
