I recently participated in a Microsoft hiring drive for the role of L61-62. I got a call from the recruiter mentioning that I am being offered L61 role. All my interviews went really well, but the recruiter said i\'m not being offered L62 because of less experience (3 YOE), but during the first conversation I was told that the role will depend on how the interviews go.
