I received an offer from CloudSek for a Frontend SDE-2 role. I am seeking community help regarding base pay negotiation, company work-life balance, and scope of growth.

I am seeking advice for an expected job offer from JPMC. I have 4 years of experience in Java Backend. I quoted an expected base pay of 18-20 LPA. I am looking for guidance on the ideal compensation and negotiation strategy for the offer expected on Monday (23rd Aug).

Total CTC offered: ₹30 LPA. Base salary: ₹18 LPA (if comfortable sharing). Other stipends like RSUs / joining bonus / notable perks are also included in the total offer.

Expected base salary: 25 LPA. Negotiation possible. Work culture and work quality are also points of inquiry.
