My Years of Experience (YOE) are 3 years, previously at Qualcomm. I am joining Nvidia in December 2025 as a Tools Development Engineer. My offer includes a Base salary of 23 LPA, RSUs of 40L (total grant, annualized as 10LPA assuming 4-year vesting), and a Joining and Relocation bonus of 4L.

I received a verbal offer from JPMC earlier this month. I am awaiting the official offer letter, which was promised in 2-3 days but has been delayed for over 10 days. HR repeatedly tells me "tomorrow" and has instructed me not to follow up.
