The recruiter asked me for necessary documents (3 months payslips, current compensation letter from my existing organization, verification ID like Aadhar/PanCard). I am seeking help with whether these documents are necessary to roll out an offer, the team's culture, and my salary expectations.

I started my preparation for SDE-2 roles in March 2024. Initially, I focused on DSA, starting with Striver’s A2Z DSA Sheet, regularly solving LeetCode Daily challenges, and participating in contests, which took me about 6 months to build strong fundamentals. I faced challenges getting interview calls until January 2025. While clearing most DSA rounds, I struggled with Low-Level Design (LLD). To overcome this, I dedicated myself to mastering LLD through solving standard problems, watching YouTube tutorials, and discussing designs (with the help of ChatGPT). After 19 months of consistent effort, countless rejections, and a lot of learning, I received an SDE-2 offer from Microsoft.
