Software engineering salaries

I received an offer from Experian for a Senior Software Engineer role in Hyderabad. My experience is 3.5 years. The fixed salary component is INR 28,00,000. There is no relocation or stock bonus, but a performance bonus of 15% of base is included. My total compensation for the first year is approximately INR 31,00,000. I am unsure about Experian as a company and whether to accept this offer. Currently, I am working from home with a good team. A concern with Experian is the 3-month notice period. I am seeking suggestions on whether to switch or continue interviewing.

I have received a job offer from LinkedIn for the role of SSE, Systems Infra. My years of experience (YOE) are 5. My educational background is B-Tech CSE from a Tier-1 institution. I have received an offer from Thoughtworks for a consultant developer role. My years of experience are 3. The fixed salary component offered is 16 LPA. I am currently working from home and would need to relocate for this role.

I have 10 years of experience. The offer from PhonePe has a total CTC of 1.2 Cr (120 LPA). The fixed salary component is 80 LPA. The offer includes a joining bonus of 10 LPA. ESOPs are valued at 1.2 Cr, vesting over 4 years (30 LPA for the first year). I am joining the PhonePe Pincode team. I currently work at Salesforce with a compensation of 94 LPA. I have Amazon in the pipeline.

Got an offer from google recently for an L4 level, recruiter is telling me that google has revised it's compensation and reduced the RSU's below 90K USD, is it true, and should I try negotating, as they are mentioning the offer as non-negotiable.

N-able Offer Evaluation | Should I decline? I recently got an offer from N-able India (n-able.com). During the HR discussion I asked for a 15LPA package and then the next question from HR was "and?" I was clueless and couldnt help but repeat that I needed a 15LPA CTC. I feel that I missed an opportunity to ask for a bit more. Culture and compensation at jioStar for SDE-2 (after merger) ? I am expecting a offer for SDE-2 at JioStar for SDE-2. I want to know how is culture now and compensation expectation at JioStar after merger of HotStar and viamcom (JioCinema)?

To which he said an O(LogN) space solution also exists. Round 2 - LLD of Vending Machine - Was asked to directly code the objects and methods (method implementation not required) - I started with showing flow and identifying objects and methods in notepad first, then went to create then in IntelliJ. - In my opinion, I did good, but the interviewer wanted design pattern to be used, and I hadnt used any. - I explained we can use CoR in calculating the Cash amount. - (Later I checked LLD of Vending Machine , everyone implements using some state Management Design pattern) - I was not using that design pattern but managing the state in a different way. - She asked how will I handle concurreny in this problem(or other problem in general), before I could answer she jumped to "How many design patterns you know about can you explain a few", I explained a few. - She then said this vendingMachine class can be a singleton. (I find singletons pointless unless we have code to create an object at multiple places but we only need 1 instance) - Overall Interviewer was pretty uninterested. She left the interview 2 times to get Coffee. - Design rounds are supposed to be a discussion. Whenever I tried to discuss, she was like "code it first, else we might not get time at the end"
