My compensation breakdown is as follows: Base Salary: ₹21 LPA EPF: ₹1.26 LPA Year-End Bonus: ₹3.15 LPA Joining Bonus: ₹1.50 LPA Relocation Bonus: ₹4.75 LPA My Final First-Year Compensation is ₹31.66 LPA. I am seeking inputs on whether this is a standard pay for a P2 Associate with 2-3 YOE.

I appeared for interviews with BlueOptima for Senior Java Web Backend Engineer role at a TL level. After receiving negative feedback for the TL level, the HR considered me for the same role at an IC level. The budget for this IC level role is 28 LPA.
