I received a verbal offer from Microsoft for an L61 role in Hyderabad. My background includes 3.5 years of experience and I am from a Tier 1 college. The offer includes a Base salary of 29 LPA. RSUs are valued at 65K USD spread over 4 years. A Joining Bonus of 6 LPA is offered (3 LPA in Year 1 + 3 LPA in Year 2). The Performance Bonus ranges from 0-20%, with an average of 10%. A standard Relocation Bonus is also part of the offer.

I am seeking advice on whether a 3-month notice period (even if negotiable) is a problem for future job hunting.
