Got the offer from jio more than a year ago as SDE-1 role and left within a year My Compensation : * 18.5 Lakh CTC where * 14 base, 2 joining bonus , 2.5 performance linked incentive (recurring 2.5 amount will be received on completion of 12 months, 18 months, 24 months on the basis how company works) * But the catch in above joining bonus and performance linked incentive is that if you leave in between you will have to return the whole amount with tax deducted value as well . You will be in double loss since you can't recover the value (update during ITR file). Since it's in their contract I **will not recommend you to Join jio if their management sits in Mumbai** reason is they are toxic they shouts, force you to sit more than 9hrs / work on weekend holidays (again it's valid since it's in their contract that they can ask anytime if company requires you but they are exploiting this rule), too much politics etc. **Suggestion for Jio:** Remove the management or start taking feedbacks from junior, senior engineers about your management and take action if needed. if you want best employees, bright minds and good env. (If not beilieve me then look your Attrition rate)
