After working at Organisation A for two years, I started feeling a bit stagnant. I made the decision to move on and joined Organisation B for a role that paid 15 LPA.

This is the first offer draft, will negotiate. Fixed Salary: 48L Signing Bonus: 6L Stock bonus: $120K for 4 years Perf Bonus: Upto 30% of base, considering 15% ~ 7L

Salary - 28L Fixed + 33L ESOPS vested over 4 years Date of the Offer: Jan 2024 Signing Bonus: 3L Relocation Bonus - NA but standard Walmart relocation benefits Stock bonus: 6.87k granted every year(calculated as a % of your base) Bonus: 5.50L Performance Bonus Total comp (Salary + Bonus + Stock): ~ 36 LPA for 1st year HR did not negotiate at all, a very lowball offer but seems like Walmart is lowballing everyone at this point. Even with the Salesforce offer the HR did not negotiate at all!
