I am unaware of the new organization's culture, as from reviews it doesn't seem to be good. The new compensation provides me with approximately a 40% hike on CTC and an 80% hike on fixed salary.

I have received an offer from Microsoft for the SDE L62 role. I completed my B-Tech from a Tier 1 institute (BITS/IIT/NIT) and have 5.5 years of experience. My previous CTC was 52L INR (42L Fixed + 10L stocks) at another FAANG company. My current offer details are: Fixed Salary: 44L INR Relocation/Signing Bonus: 5L INR for the first year + 3.8L for the second year Stock bonus: 60K USD divided across 4 years (yearly component considered 13.5L at current 90 conversion) Bonus: 0-20% (MAX 8.8L, average 4.4L considered) Total compensation (Salary + Bonus + Stock + First Year Relocation): ~66.9L INR Benefits: Standard Microsoft My expectation for total compensation is a minimum of 75L. I currently have no counter offers. I am actively interviewing with Google (L5, system design was leaning positive, so recruiter said chances hiring committee say yes is 50-50 best case) and Rubrik (G7, onsite rounds pending). I have 2 days to sign off this initial offer, and my interview performance was upper band level.
