CTC problem I've been looking out for jobs. Got couple of calls from recruiters. They ask some questions regarding experience in relevant tech and such, then come to CTC part. Been telling them my current CTC which is 23 LPA. When it comes to expected CTC I am asking the budget. So far, they've not even told of atleast 30%, which is AFAIK, is the norm.
