Note: They are setting up a new office in Bangalore, they are starting with a team of 30 SWEs but plan to scale to 200+ in the next couple of years. Their country head mentioned that Bangalore is planned to be their second biggest office after Seattle. Work seemed good. I asked for a JB as well, they mentioned that Samsara doesnt give JBs yet but they have raised this with the Finance team and plan to soon add a JB component as well. So their pay should increase a little in the upcoming days. Seems like they are losing candidates because of not giving JB :)
