Salary Negotiations Hi all, Recently I have interviewed with Walmart for SDE3 position and cleared all the rounds. I am in discussion with HR regarding the pay and want your inputs regarding it. Have made a switch a few weeks back to a US product based company where the compensation is: 16.5base and 18.5CTC. (Experience - 3yrs 6months) Based on this, Walmart is offering 30CTC (21base + 4 yearly + 5RSU). Any inputs on how this compensation is fared?? Need your help and suggestions!!

I have tried negotiating with flipkart HR but she is not increasing base, even I had asked for joining bonus to compensate my year end bonus, but again no luck. I am not sure, if flipkart is low balling and if it is worth switching or not? Any suggestions would be appreciated? Is there any other company where interview process can be fast forwarded as I have only 1 month notice period?
