I have received an offer from VISA as SRE. My base salary is 17 LPA. Company's PF Contribution is 1.02 LPA. Gratuity is 40.8k. Variable Pay is 1.7L, which can go up to 25% of base. Stocks are based on yearly review.

I received an offer for a Frontend Role. The base salary offered is 25 LPA. Stocks are 8 Lakhs over 3 years with equal vesting, contributing approximately 2.67 LPA annually.
