I have a full-time offer at Carrier. I'm trying to evaluate this offer based on: Work-Life Balance Career Growth Opportunities Team Culture and Stability Long-term brand value and learning scope Onsite opportunities or global exposure (if applicable)

I received an offer from Oracle. My role is SMTS. The location is Bangalore, India. My base pay is 42L (Including PF). I will receive a stock bonus (RSUs) of 80k USD vested over 4 years. My total compensation is approximately ₹59L.

First-year employees essentially have no real paid time off. Rigid time-tracking system with strict salary penalties. No real perks like food, learning budget, or tech exposure. Outsourced tech work limits internal team’s growth opportunities. Many deductions are hidden within CTC structure.

CTC : 18 Fixed; No variable Pros: WFH allowed. Project is being developed from scratch.
