Salary Expectation | Product Based Company I want to know how much salary should be expected for the 2.10 yrs of exp. I have worked in a unicorn fintech product based company and my last ctc was 10.5 Lpa which I accepted 2 years back. I have left my organization in the end of july since they were not giving appraisal since 2 years to us. I am actively looking for a job. I felt I am at very low ctc as compare to the standard salary for my level of experience. I am getting interview call and able to crack the interview of some of the product based companies including paytm but I am not getting as per my expectation they all offering on the previous ctc. But it shouldn't be repetitive tasks just for the sake of it.
