Education: B.E IT from Tier 2 College YOE: 11 years Prev Exp: Analytics Firm Prev CTC: fixed 34, Bonus: 9, bare min ESOPs Oracle Offer: Fixed: 44.5+Gratuity Joining: 5 (2.5L every 1st two years) Stocks: 60k USD for 4 years (~12.5L per year) First Year Takeaway ~59.5 LPA No competing offer. Is it a good offer as per Oracle non OCI standard? Comparing the compensatation data in leetcode and Levels seems the Stock amount is very less. Though don't have any stock component in current org. Suggestion Please???
