❗❗DSA and System Design enough for interviews? --- My background: Graduated from a Tier-3 College in 2021 and was laid off in September 2023 from a mid sized PBC. Got an offer in December 2023. Gave multiple interviews in between. I haven\'t really tried switching before being laid off but I was practicing DSA on leetcode. My Experience during the interviews were confusing. I have worked on a .Net tech stack and was trying to make a switch on the same tech stack. Interviewed with various companies. VMWare(LLD Reject), Amazon(DSA reject) and many more. But what surprised me was that none of the interviewers were really interested in knowing about my tech stack which I have worked on. After multiple interviews, I figured out DSA and System Design is the only constraint. I know if I have practiced DSA and System Design, it is easier to get through learning new technology but is it enough to make the switch. For Ex - If Someone is from java stack and want to switch to GoLang, learning DSA and System Design along with a good GoLang Project will get him through the position. Is it the norm in the market? I am asking just out of curiosity. Apologies if I am thinking the wrong way but I am just trying to understand the process?
