Interviewing for SDE-2 role at Mindbody. Received strong hire feedback. Expecting CTC and fixed component details. Additional benefits in terms of compensation or stock options due to planned IPO in the next 12 to 18 months are unknown.

I recently completed the interview process for the role of Lead Backend Engineer at Agoda. The final round went well, and now I’m waiting for the recruiter to come back with the results and (hopefully) the offer!
