Education: B.Tech CSE from Tier 2 College YOE: 4.5 years Prev Exp: Startups & MnC Prev CTC: 24 Fixed This is the offer i got from Oracle Fixed: 35L including EPF and Gratuity Joining/Relocation Bonus: NIL Stocks: 20K USD vested over four years (40:30:20:10 split across 4 years) First Year Takeaway ~42L I am a bit confused about the offer, i feel it is a bit low balled considering that they haven't given any joining bonus and the stock component seems really low too considering that all my four round of interviews were pretty solid.
