Base - 48 LPA Bonus - 15% - 7.2 LPA RSUs - 74k USD Total ~ 71 LPA No competing offer with me. Also, recruiter clearly said no chance for further negotiation and this is max they can provide. Seems like a low ball to me. Any suggestion?
