RSU component is $15K/year, which is approximately ₹12-13L/year. A bonus of about 10% is part of the package. The total compensation is estimated to be around ₹50-52 LPA. The role requires relocation to Bangalore. I feel this offer is slightly low compared to Engineer III data on Levels/Blind. I am considering targeting around ₹60-65 LPA TC for a counter-offer.
