I recently received an offer from CrowdStrike (India) for a DevOps / CI-CD Platform / SDA (Engineer III level) role. The offer includes a base salary of ₹35 LPA. RSU component is $15K/year, which is approximately ₹12-13L/year. A bonus of about 10% is part of the package. The total compensation is estimated to be around ₹50-52 LPA. The role requires relocation to Bangalore. I feel this offer is slightly low compared to Engineer III data on Levels/Blind. I am considering targeting around ₹60-65 LPA TC for a counter-offer.

I have a bonus component of approximately 10%. My total compensation is approximately ₹50–52 LPA. I am concerned about relocating to Bangalore due to higher cost of living. I am also concerned about losing my current bonus and benefits. I feel this offer is slightly low compared to Engineer III data available on Levels/Blind.

I will be building tools for automation. Work includes fault tolerance, config management, wrappers over different types of devices, and migrations. Tech stack: Python, Ansible, React.
