Hi everyone,
I recently completed all interview rounds for a TJX Engineer I role. Coming from an IIT background, the interviewers showed strong interest in my profile and had in-depth discussions around my projects, experience, and overall journey. But they didn't ask me any DSA or System Design Question.
One question that stood out to me was more introspective they wanted to understand how I think about my long-term goals and where I see myself in the next 10 years.
Overall, the interview experience was positive. I’m now curious about the compensation range for this role. If anyone has insights, I’d really appreciate your input.
