Summary

I applied to Morgan Stanley and had one technical round (R1) covering current projects, a LeetCode problem, Spring security, multithreading, and Java. I was rejected after struggling with Spring security concepts.

Full Experience

I had applied to Morgan Stanley via career page. I got a call from recruiter to schedule the R1. She told there would be 4 rounds: 2 technical, 1 techno managerial, and 1 cultural fit. My years of experience are 4, and they offered a 20LPA base.

R1 included a detailed discussion about my current project, a group anagram LeetCode question, questions on Spring security, multithreading, and a few Java questions. Unfortunately, I fumbled in Spring security and received a rejection after this round.
