My interview experience with Cohesity:
Round 1: DSA - LRU Cache
Design and implement a key-value store using an LRU (Least Recently Used) eviction policy.
Round 2: LLD + HLD - Key-Value Store
Design a key-value storage system and implement consistent hashing within 10 minutes.
Round 3: Hiring Manager Round
Focused on my past work, projects, and reasons for wanting to leave my current company.
Result: Selected
I decided to decline the offer because the hike was less than 10% over my compensation after my appraisal.
