This post details a 90-minute virtual machine coding interview round for an SDE-2 role at Slice, focusing on designing and implementing an expense sharing application.

I interviewed for an SDE 1 position at Slice, progressing through two rounds which included Data Structures & Algorithms, behavioral questions, and a system design problem. I successfully received a job offer.

I was presented with a Low-Level Design problem focused on creating a Library Book Management System, detailing functional requirements and system constraints.

I cold-emailed a recruiter at Slice, secured an interview, and successfully cleared two rounds focusing on Data Structures & Algorithms and System Design, ultimately leading to my selection for the SDE 1 (Backend) role.

I interviewed with Slice for an SSE role in Bangalore, which resulted in a rejection. The interview consisted of two rounds, focusing on concurrency and system design problems.
