Summary
I completed two system design interview rounds with Confluent, where I designed a temporary email service and a podcast aggregator service, but have not heard back for two months.
How it went
I was reached out by a recruiter via LinkedIn.
Round 1 (System Design 1) :
Design a temporary email service. Email addressses and emails are valid upto 10 minutes. User data should not be captured since it's anonymous service.
Round 2 (System Design 2) :
Podcast aggregator service where users will subscribe to specific topics and we need to ensure that they should seamless be able to retrieve their subscribed content. Design should scale assuming reads are very frequent.
Both rounds went very well but after 2nd round, they have been ghosting me like anything. I tried reaching out to recruiter and POCs but no one replies. It's been 2 months.
