WFA startup v/s Walmart - delta of time and comp it is like bird in hand v/s 10 in the bush. i have an offer from a small startup and it is WFA, but 60L base and 5L perf bonus(subject to passing probation as far exceeding) and paper money that too will be decided how well I fare in 3mon probation. my appraisal will also be in Jun25 while they have twice a year cycle but didn't make me eligible for as a prorated. only advantage is WFA and somewhere I benefit from it given I have small kids and can take care of parents well who need some medical assistance
