Large, well-established company with over 10k+ employees. Stable, though global layoffs can happen during downturns. Easier long-term brand recognition; MNCs tend to value Walmart profiles. Exposure to large-scale distributed systems and complex architecture. Easier to switch from MNC → startup later, but not the other way around. Slower learning curve compared to a startup; work might be repetitive. Less ownership and direct visibility due to multiple levels of hierarchy. More people to interact with — good exposure to corporate culture and management practices. Continuation in the e-commerce space; could build a strong career pattern there.
