I've already resigned—my current company was willing to match, but I declined as I wanted a fresh start. Do you think I should try during my notice period? Reason for looking out: I wasn’t getting any real learning opportunities, and the project was a complete mess—no testing, no code reviews, no best practices, and barely any time for testers (just one day for manual testing before production). This created a toxic work culture where fixing one bug often led to discovering more, due to the lack of proper testing. As a result, meeting committed timelines became nearly impossible.
