The employer PF contribution was 3 LPA. My total compensation for the first year was 83 LPA. The original offer was approximately 20% lower with significantly lower RSUs and no joining bonus. I had a competing offer from another big tech company, which led to the revision of this offer. I rejected this offer as I had a better offer in hand.
