How many clouds are there in Salesforce. Which one is better from learning, growth & promotions point of view? Which cloud one should avoid to join? Which is the biggest SF office in India in terms of teams & the main office? Is it good to join Marketing Cloud or Data Cloud or Industries Cloud? Which one location one should consider for better networking? Hyderabad or Bangalore? What are the numbers one should ask for MTS role having 2.5 YOE, HR quoting very less numbers. HR hasn't mentioned the overall details, just stated 26 as base salary, 0 relocation and 0 joining bonus. Rest of the details were not revealed. Do they provide refreshal stocks every year? If Yes, what are the average numbers? How is the overall WLB?

The whole interview process finished in three weeks including the OA and 2 rounds of interviews. The first interview was virtual and the second interview was on-site (Bengaluru Salesforce office) and was a great experience. The interviewers were really friendly. The hiring manager was a people person. The food was great. I was given 3 days to accept/decline the offer.

Proposed Salesforce offer: Base: 53.1 LPA Target Bonus: 15% of base ~ 8lpa RSU: Worth $79000 for 4 yrs = INR ~77.5 L first year

Two competing offers from Salesforce and PhonePe. The offers include details on salary, relocation, stock bonus, performance bonus, and total compensation. Salesforce: SMTS role with 5 years of experience, 55 LPA base offer, no relocation or signing bonus, 80K USD stock bonus over 4 years, and a 15% performance bonus. PhonePe: Software Engineer role with flat hierarchy, 55 LPA base offer, 600000 relocation/signing bonus, 6500000 INR ESOPs over 4 years, and no performance bonus.

Current CTC - 63 LPA (around 50% in RSUs in MNC) YOE - 5.5 Recently got an offer from Salesforce at SMTS level. Base - 48 LPA Bonus - 15% - 7.2 LPA RSUs - 74k USD Total ~ 71 LPA No competing offer with me. Also, recruiter clearly said no chance for further negotiation and this is max they can provide. Seems like a low ball to me. Any suggestion?

Hi All, I’m excited to share that I have received an offer from Salesforce for the Bangalore location. **Current CTC**: 48 LPA (37 base + RSUs) **Current level**: L62, Microsoft **Reason for leaving:** The work became quite hectic, with a lot of repetitive tasks. **Offered Level**: SMTS **Offered CTC**: ~80 LPA **Base**: 55 Lakhs **RSUs**: $75k for four years **Target Bonus**: 8.25 Lakhs **Note**: I know some may suggest that I should have aimed for a higher level (LMTS) and a higher salary. However, my priority right now is to spend more time with my family for at least the next two years, and I believe the SMTS level will give me the flexibility I need. I explicitly asked the recruiter for the SMTS role when she initially reached out about the LMTS position. Will share interview experience soon.
