I received an offer for a Senior Android Engineer role. The initial offer included: Base Salary: 43L ESOPs: 40L (25% vesting annually over 4 years) Joining Bonus: 3L Retention Bonus: 3L The initial total CTC was 89L with no performance bonus. After negotiation, my base salary was increased to 45L, resulting in a new total compensation of 91L. I have accepted this revised offer.
