Is it a good offer as per Oracle non OCI standard? Comparing the compensatation data in leetcode and Levels seems the Stock amount is very less. Though don't have any stock component in current org. I want to know if this is as low balled offer and is there any scope of negotiation? Also I have read many negative reviews about work culture in OCI and WLB, I am confused on what to do.
