Education: B.Tech CSE from Tier 1 College YOE: 2 years Prev Exp: Networking Prev CTC: fixed - 15L, TC - 18L ( I'm gonna have my hike 1-1 next month, expecting atleast 15%) Oracle Offer: Fixed: 22.5 to 23 L Joining: 0 Stocks: 28k Dollars with 4 year vesting TC - around 27-28 LPA No competing offer. Is it a good offer as per Oracle non OCI standard? Comparing the compensatation data in leetcode and Levels seems the Stock amount or base is very less. Though don't have any stock component in current org. Suggestion Please???
