Education: B.Tech CSE from Tier 2 College YOE: 4.5 years Prev Exp: Startups & MnC Prev CTC: 24 Fixed This is the offer i got from Oracle Fixed: 35L including EPF and Gratuity Joining/Relocation Bonus: NIL Stocks: 20K USD vested over four years (40:30:20:10 split across 4 years) First Year Takeaway ~42L I am a bit confused about the offer, i feel it is a bit low balled considering that they haven't given any joining bonus and the stock component seems really low too considering that all my four round of interviews were pretty solid. Would love to hear your suggestions on it. Thanks in advance!
