Hi Everyone, I have been recently interviewed for Oracle Cerner (OHAI) and received a verbal confirmation from the recruiter that i have been selected for the position of Senior Member of The Technical Staff. They’ve told that the compensation discussion will be scheduled soon. Could anyone please share insights into what the typical compensation range (base, bonus, RSU, etc.) for SMTS at Oracle Cerner at this level of experience, and what is the max i can expect?

Education: B Tech from Tier 3 Years of Experience: 3.4 Prior Experience: Software Engineer II at a banking company Previous Compensation: 25 LPA (to be increased to 28LPA soon) Date of the Offer: December 2024 Company: Oracle (aka Oracle Health/ Cerner) Title/Level: IC3 / Senior Member of Technical Staff Location: Bangalore Salary: 35.8 LPA including PF Relocation/Signing Bonus: 0 Stock bonus: 30k USD (25% per year over 4 years. 6.5 lac per year) Bonus: 0 Total comp (Salary + Bonus + Stock): 42 LPA Benefits: standard benefits Other Details: I could only negotiate until this as I did not have any competing offer. The interview took around 3 week, but after the verbal communication, the offer letter took around a month. oracle is very slow when it comes to offer letter
