I received an intern offer at Oracle. My stipend is ₹60,000/month (7.2 LPA). This offer comes with a secured full-time offer after the internship. The stipend is lower compared to the Amazon internship.

I have 3.11 years of experience. I appeared for an SDET role at Oracle Health at the IC3 level. After all rounds, HR offered me an IC2 level instead of IC3. The offered CTC is 25 LPA fixed, with no bonus and no stock options. I am asking if there is any scope for negotiation in this offer.

My total first-year compensation: 42.28 LPA. My location: Completely remote. My tech stack involves Java, Springboot, Kubernetes, Hadoop, and parts of Cloud and Data Engineering. There is mixed feedback on WLB at OCI. OCI generally does not offer hikes.
