Stocks were denied to me as only SMTS+ roles receive them. I found that engineering work was minimal, focusing on cumbersome administrative tasks. I felt professional growth was limited due to the nature of the work, making it challenging to switch roles. My suggestion is to only consider Nutanix if it's your only option and to continuously seek other opportunities.
