Software engineering salaries

My base salary is 46 LPA + Retirals. I have an expected bonus of 15%. I received RSUs worth 125K USD, vested 6.25% every quarter. My YOE is 3.5 years. I previously worked with Microsoft and Google. I joined Meta last year when they started their India office. The work has been extremely hectic with constant performance-based lay-offs. My managers say they care about me, but in reality, they don't. Specifically, the TLs agree on random timelines just for their own career growth.
