I received a Software Development Engineer - 1 (SDE-1) offer from Intuit with the following compensation details: Base Salary (Fixed): 21.5 LPA Targeted Performance Bonus (10%): 2.15 Lakh RSU: USD 23,100 (~21 Lakhs at grant value), vested over 3.5 years. Sign-on Bonus: 3.5 Lakhs Total CTC (excluding additional benefits like relocation): 49 LPA First Year Cash (including vested stocks of 1st year): ~33.5 – 34 LPA Total Value Including Benefits: ~58 LPA Additional Benefits/Perks: Relocation Program: Up to ~8 Lakhs, includes one-way travel, 30 days 5-star hotel stay, private cab, airport pickup/drop. Household Goods & Vehicle Movement: Packing, shipping, and delivery of household items (up to 1 truck), option to ship 1 car and 1 two-wheeler. I received an offer for SWE-2 Frontend position at Intuit after interviewing for Senior Software Engineer Frontend. My current Years of Experience (YOE) are 6. The offered base salary is 35 LPA (Including PF). I received a joining bonus of 5 LPA (one-time). The annual performance bonus is 4.4 LPA (12.5% of base). RSUs are 30K USD, vesting 25% each year for 4 years, equivalent to approximately 6 LPA. My total first-year compensation is approximately 50 LPA. HR mentioned that my current base exceeds the SWE-2 maximum limit, which is why I received a 5L joining bonus. I came to know that Intuit recently reduced RSUs for SWE-2 from 40K USD to 30K USD. I also heard that employees rated above “Meets Expectations” receive strong refresher grants during performance reviews.

The benefits here are more as compared to Oracle. I am concerned about the work environment here.
