I got offer from Flipkart for SDE-2 Role. Offer Details - Base - 28 LPA Performance Bonus - 10% (fixed) RSUs - 14L vested equally over 4 years Other - 1L Total - 35.5 L for 1st year I am expecting promotion in march and expecting min 20% Hike, also year end bonus payout is scheduled for Feb month that will be around 3L if I will resign before Feb, I would lose that money. I have tried negotiating with flipkart HR but she is not increasing base, even I had asked for joining bonus to compensate my year end bonus, but again no luck. I am not sure, if flipkart is low balling and if it is worth switching or not? Any suggestions would be appreciated? Is there any other company where interview process can be fast forwarded as I have only 1 month notice period?
